Privacy notice
This notice explains which personal data we process when you visit comarcalabs.mx or message us, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights. It is issued under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
Who is responsible
Comarca Labs, located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data.

What data we process
We have no forms or user accounts. We only process:
- What you share when you message us on WhatsApp or by email: name, phone number or email, company and the content of your message.
- Browsing data, only if you accept cookies: cookie identifiers, pages visited, clicks on site buttons, device and browser type, approximate city and the ad campaign that brought you here.
We do not process sensitive personal data, nor financial or asset data of visitors.
What we use it for
Necessary purposes, without which we cannot serve you:
- Answering your messages and requests for information or quotes.
- Following up on the proposal and, if you hire us, on the project.
Voluntary purposes, which only apply if you accept cookies:
- Measuring how the site is used in order to improve it (Google Analytics).
- Measuring the results of our ads and showing you Comarca Labs ads on other sites (Google Ads).
You can refuse the voluntary purposes with the «Reject» button in the cookie notice, by changing your choice under «Cookie preferences» at the bottom of any page, or by writing to hola@comarcalabs.mx. Refusing does not affect how we serve you.
Who we share data with
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. The following providers access it only to deliver a service to us and under their own confidentiality obligations:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: site hosting and email forwarding.
- Google LLC: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads, only if you accept cookies.
- WhatsApp LLC (Meta): messaging when you write to us.
Some of these providers process data outside Mexico.
Your ARCO rights
You have the right to access, rectify and cancel your data or to object to its processing (ARCO rights), and to revoke your consent. To exercise them, email hola@comarcalabs.mx with:
- Your name and a way to reply to you.
- An official ID, or that of your legal representative and the document proving it.
- Which right you want to exercise and over which data.
We will reply within the time limits set by the LFPDPPP. If you believe your request was not properly handled, you can go to the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, Mexico's personal data protection authority.
How long we keep it
Contact data is kept for as long as the conversation or business relationship lasts, and afterwards only for as long as legal and tax obligations require. Browsing data in Google Analytics is kept for 14 months.
Changes to this notice
Any change will be published on this page with a new update date. If a new purpose requires it, we will ask for your consent again.
